I always wanted to volunteer, but wasn’t sure how to begin, so it was serendipitous when Iberiabank needed someone to lead their Community Reinvestment Act initiatives.

I learned how to recruit and motivate volunteers, discovered an incredible community of dedicated and philanthropic people, and realized that it’s not so difficult for each of us, in our own way, to contribute meaningfully to support our neighbors.
